It has a 2 inch high strength nylon strap and a thick 4 foot tow line. Another great feature is the molded hand grips, which reduce slippage. The 28 inch rescue can is for single victim rescue. It can be used with a throw rope (not included) to add extended reach. Our rescue cans are perfect for lifeguards on the beach or at the pool.
